I’ve always believed the most meaningful moments are the ones that feel deeply personal—the stories that make you laugh, the words that catch you off guard, and the little details that could only belong to you.
That’s what drew me to weddings. I don’t believe your ceremony should feel like something you’ve heard a hundred times before. I want to know who you are, how you found each other, what makes your relationship yours, and what you want to remember when you look back on this day years from now.
Because I’m not here simply to stand at the end of the aisle and pronounce you married. I’m here to tell your story—and make sure it feels every bit as special as the love that brought you here.

A Lifelong Love of Words
I love the way they can make us laugh, bring us right back to a moment, or somehow say the thing we’ve been feeling all along but couldn’t quite articulate ourselves.
That love of language is at the heart of every ceremony I write. I listen for the details—the stories you tell without realizing they’re important, the quirks that make you laugh, the moments that changed everything—and weave them together into something that sounds and feels like you.
Because a wedding ceremony doesn’t need to be overly formal or filled with someone else’s idea of what love should sound like. It can be joyful. Unexpected. Tender. Funny. Emotional. Completely personal.
My job is to find the words that make your people say, “That is so them.” And hopefully leave you with a few you’ll carry with you long after the wedding day is over.

My approach brings all of those pieces together with warmth, intention, and a whole lot of joy. Whether I’m telling your story at the altar, helping you put your heart into words, or keeping everything moving beautifully behind the scenes, I want you to feel completely present for it all.

She had such a great vibe and energy about her that we felt we didn’t need to look any further. Rachel really listened to the things we wanted in our ceremony and sent us draft after draft until it was perfect. She even made sure we knew exactly when to go to the town clerk for the paperwork and what we needed day of. On the day of our wedding, she was there nice and early and communicated with us anything else we needed to know. Rachel is kind, warm, and has a very calm presence, which was so needed during the ceremony due to all the nerves & people attending! I HIGHLY recommend Rachel to be your officiant, you will love her just as much as we did!

From the very first meeting with her, she was attentive, flexible, patient and kind. Throughout the process of finalizing our wedding script/ceremony, Rachel was extremely responsive, extremely patient (when there were tons of rounds of back and forth) and extremely knowledgeable. She is professional and reliable. These two qualities are so important when trusting someone to marry you and your partner. I appreciate Rachel so much! She was punctual for our wedding, ensured she had everything she needed, ensured she sent out copies of our marriage license ASAP and did a KILLER job at our ceremony (many people complimented us on our ceremony).

We used Rachel as the officiant for our wedding.
She was wonderful to work with. After a short call getting to know us, she gave us a draft of a ceremony with several different options of wording and areas for customization. We went through several different rounds of editing over the course of the next month, where Rachel made sure that we were truly happy with every word in the script, and every time we had comments, she would have a new draft ready before the next day. She truly means it when she says that you can change as much or as little as you want since every couple is different. She also was happy to accommodate our requests for cultural side ceremonies and readings. Overall, Rachel was a professional and a joy to work with, and we were so happy to have her as part of our special day!
